The venue of the Congress and the EFI Annual Conference will be the campus of the Warsaw Agricultural University, located in the southern part of Warsaw.

Plenary sessions of the Conference will take place on the Old Campus, in the Cristal Aula, located in the building shown below.

The focal point of the Old Campus is the Rector's Palace. This is a historical building, finished in the present form in 1860, and belonging at some point to Julian Ursyn Niemcewicz, a famous Polish poet and political activist. The whole district of Warsaw ("Ursynow") was called after his name.
The Faculty of Forestry is located in one of buildings located in the new part of the campus.
